Aging is a natural process that all of us experience, and with that can come some significant changes in our health and bodies. As we age our hormones decline and our metabolism decreases leaving us with some of the following symptoms:

I realized as I entered perimenopause that what once worked for me (constant calorie deficit and over exercising) was not working anymore. I also began to become sensitive to so many foods that I had eaten my whole life and felt tired and bloated everyday. I knew I had to make changes to get this under control and developed this 8 week program based on the steps I took to regain control of my body. It worked for me, and now I want to help you.
Five Step Program to Hormonal Balance
Step One: Remove
The first step of the program we begin by removing the foods and toxins that are causing inflammation in your body, damaging your gut, and causing imbalances in your hormones. During this step we will also remove the types of exercise that could actually be making you gain weight.
Step Two: Replace
Step two will involve replacing the foods we removed with nutrient dense foods that heal and balance the bodies natural functions. During this step we will add workouts that give the greatest benefits to women to increase their metabolism and muscle growth.
Step 3 and 4: Restore and Repair
Step three and four of the program involves restoring and repairing the two most vital functions of the body that control balance to your hormones, metabolism and weight loss.
Once we have strengthened these systems in the body we begin to target your specific
hormonal imbalance and work to increase hormone production (or decrease if necessary)
so you can begin to take back control of your body and life.
Step 5: Reintroduce
Once your body has healed and your hormones are back to optimal balance, we begin to reintroduce some of the foods that were removed in step one. During this phase we determine what are the best foods for YOU and what foods cause inflammation in YOUR body and should be avoided to manage your weight and benefit your health.
